Let me preface this by saying I’m not always a ray of sunshine, but that this does work for me when I am feeling less than happy. I don’t claim to be an expert on happiness, but this can help!
Turn your mood around with 3 simple steps:
1.) Breathe with normal, complete breaths
2.) Think about five things to be grateful for that you have in your life. Is the sun shining? Do you have food to eat? Can you walk? Can you see?
3.) Think about how much worse it could be.
Repeat steps 1 and 2.

if i was to sit and write a gratitude list today it would go on forever, and thats just the simple things in life. gratitude brings positive things and thoughts, and that brings more gratitude, which brings success, and that brings spirituality from within the heart. steve
